Ashok Trust is a non-profit organisation working to support children and adults with additional needs, with a clear focus on family wellbeing and respite care.
Our belief is simple: when caregivers are supported, families stay stronger and your loved one is more likely to thrive at home, in school, and in the community. Families are often “on” all day, every day caring, advocating, managing appointments, keeping routines steady. Many have little support and no breaks. Ashok Trust exists so families can breathe again. We don’t treat respite as an add‑on. We treat it as essential support that holds up the whole household because carers need wellbeing to keep going. This is consistent with mainstream respite framing: it exists to support carers’ health and prevent exhaustion.
